nobody thinks about the sky
as it lies above, covering it all

they say you can't see the sky for the sun,
and the sky is blue;
sky blue is sad blue,
sad because it's ignored

sometimes it will roll the clouds in
so people won't know how blue the sky is,
but this facade never lasts
and always dissolves in tears

but the sun always sets
and, as it vanishes, the sky turns to different hues
and rejoices, for it is now seen and admired
as the sun dies for the day

but the golden orb is gone,
and too late the sky realizes that it needs the sun;
it is too dark to see the sky now,
which, perhaps, is a small comfort;

for the sky is not pretty
when it is boiling black with anger

 bad. The best scene involved disco. It was that bad."
