i've just destroyed nearly one half of the data on
a 2.1  gig  hard drive  due to a  perl script gone
horribly awry.

however, having the freedom to run:

	  find / -name * -exec rm {} \;

was incredibly therapeutic.  it's fun to force sco
to explicitly   /look/  for each  file   before it
destroys itself. much like forcing your struggling
victim to hold the garrote while you pull.
